The system is super user friendly! My team works on it everyday and the system is like our company's heart ... keeping the entire "body" going 😁😁They have training sessions to always keep you updated with the latest... changes on the system or to just give you a nice refresher or possibly teaching you a new trick or two to make your job easier ... the PropWorx support team is always on hand and super friendly and helpful. So I "used" to be old school when it came to technology and when I when I decided to help in this business, I opted to work manually, even though this system was at my disposal 😉 I got a serious scolding one day and... was forced to work off Propworx and my thought thereafter "what a fool iv been"! All information loaded onto this system is safely stored, I log on day or night the system is always operating efficiently. They offer webinars, which are interactive and loaded with info on various aspects relating to this business. The support team is knowledgeable and get things done quick. If you need an operating system that makes you look professional, effective and efficient, don't delay. Clients for years and to this day, no regret :).read more

Propworx made my life so much easier. With the quick generate of payment files. That you can just import into the bank. And pay owners or suppliers so much quicker. And also to see each units accounting files so much... easier. You can keep record were there was a mistake or wrong allocation or anything from the unit. The reports is so much helpful. It help so much during this lock down time just to guve you peace of mind that you dont forget anything. I will recommend propworx any day.read more

I have worked with PropWorx for over 5 years now and I love the system and the support I receive. Being a property accountant has been made easy with their user friendly interface and friendly support helpdesk that is... always willing to assist, they are literally only a phone call away. I have attended various Webinars and find them informative and after 5 years I have learnt a new thing or two recently. I did my first training about 6 or 7 years ago and have been very happy with the service I received from PropWorx. Support always returned my calls and sorted out my problems without any fuss or delays. The webinar... training sessions are great and I learned a lot that was forgotten after my first training. I also enjoy the templates very much and make use of them whenever the situation calls for it , especially during the lock down period. Propworx is truly a life saver in the residential property management environment.The software is easy to navigate and use. I love the fact that documents are stored safely in the cloud and that I do not have to worry... about my laptop/hard drive being stolen or lost because all the documents are fed into Propworx on their relevant tabs like Tenant / Landlord and easily accessible when I need it.The short codes are another firm favorite that can be used to send out mass emails. This saves a load of time on admin as things such as names, dates, lease expiration dates, amounts due etc are all filled in automatically and distributed at the push of a button, which make month-end invoice runs a breeze.Office support is also fantastic, which is hard to come by these days. Follow ups on queries are done swiftly and efficiently with prompt and clear feedback. There is always a friendly voice on the end of the other line.Tried all the rest, sticking with the BEST.read more
