I work on several property management systems from all over the world and Propworx is by far the best and easiest system to work with and understand. Their support team is of the highest quality and definitely world class.

My journey started awhile ago with Propworx. I had all my trainings with Lucy and some with Niclas. What exceptional personalities , Lucy is so patient and helpful, and sorry Niclas but he was a bit more strict if I can say that but throw-out my tears Niclas never gave up on me till had had the stuff under the knee. Felicia in admin always the same, yesterday, today and tomorrow . I am not against change or learning knew stuff, but then we had to do the switch over to the knew version, just as I had the old version under the knee. I really didn't had the capacity for this , but I went smoother than I thought. The IT department and everyone was very helpful with the change over. The program is exceptional for leases and the financials. I applause you propworx team. Regards Michelle

I've been using PropWorx for 3 years, and the staff have consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service. They're always helpful, willing to assist, and a pleasure to interact with.
Our recent transition to the web version was seamless, thanks to the face-to-face training provided. The trainer's expertise and guidance made the process effortless.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the new version of Propworx, both the updated software and the online platform. Having used the previous version, I can confidently say that this new version is truly outstanding.
At work, we process payments daily, particularly around month-end. In the past, I would often be racing to finish just before the 1:00 PM cutoff. However, with the new system, I am consistently completing tasks by 9:00 to 10:00 AM. The efficiency improvements have been remarkable!
The reports are also a standout feature. They are comprehensive and user-friendly, making my job much easier. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously has significantly improved my productivity, ensuring that everything is well-organized at the end of each day.
I also want to commend the support team. They are incredibly responsive and always available when I need assistance, which is especially helpful when first navigating a new system. Their professionalism and willingness to help make a huge difference.
Overall, my experience with the new Propworx system has been nothing short of exceptional. Thank you for providing such a powerful tool that has made a real impact on our daily operations.

Congratulations on your 20th anniversary! I have been using Propworx for 3 months since starting my new job. I have really enjoyed learning the program (I'm still learning). I found the tutorials so helpful and whenever I have emailed the support desk with my multitude of queries, I have always been treated with kindness and helped promptly and efficiently. I look forward to continuing to learn the program and get to use Propwrox to its full potential. Thank you.

One of the most user friendly PMS platforms I have made use of. The fact that it is now web based only adds to the convenience. It has taken, what was hours and hours of manual reconciliation with the bank statement, to simple uploads and a few mouse clicks. Any required information is easy to find and access. HIghly recommended for Landlords or Estate Agencies

I have worked with PropWorx for over 5 years now and I love the system and the support I receive. Being a property accountant has been made easy with their user friendly interface and friendly support helpdesk that is always willing to assist, they are literally only a phone call away. I have attended various Webinars and find them informative and after 5 years I have learnt a new thing or two recently. I would, and have, recommended PropWorx to other people in the industry and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks PropWorx for making real estate exciting again.

I am new to Propworx, but in my experience so far, i am really impressed. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with any issues i might have. I also enjoy the Webinars that Silvana present and although i haven't worked on the program as yet, i have already learnt a great deal. I cant wait to work on the program in its full capacity.

I did my first training about 6 or 7 years ago and have been very happy with the service I received from PropWorx. Support always returned my calls and sorted out my problems without any fuss or delays. The webinar training sessions are great and I learned a lot that was forgotten after my first training. I also enjoy the templates very much and make use of them whenever the situation calls for it , especially during the lock down period. I would like to thank PropWorx for a great program and staff who really go out of their way to assist at all times.

Propworx is truly a life saver in the residential property management environment.
The software is easy to navigate and use. I love the fact that documents are stored safely in the cloud and that I do not have to worry about my laptop/hard drive being stolen or lost because all the documents are fed into Propworx on their relevant tabs like Tenant / Landlord and easily accessible when I need it.
The short codes are another firm favorite that can be used to send out mass emails. This saves a load of time on admin as things such as names, dates, lease expiration dates, amounts due etc are all filled in automatically and distributed at the push of a button, which make month-end invoice runs a breeze.
Office support is also fantastic, which is hard to come by these days. Follow ups on queries are done swiftly and efficiently with prompt and clear feedback. There is always a friendly voice on the end of the other line.
Tried all the rest, sticking with the BEST.

PropWorx is an extremely user friendly system. An excellent system to keep track of the movement of property funds both on the Trust & Business side. The only software that I've found to manage both the Trust & Business accounts - for me in Finance, that's a huge positive. We don't need to run various systems to bring our books to TB, all can be done on PropWorx. Reports are easy to pull, with just a few clicks. PropWorx support staff are always very friendly & helpful & willing to go the extra mile. Our financial processes are so much simpler since being with PropWorx.
