Yes, absolutely! Our Pro and Lite licenses come with both rental and sales management tools. You can switch between our rental and sales features at any time. For agents who only need access to sales management, we offer a Sales Only version.
You bet. At any point, you can switch between Sales, Lite and Pro licenses, and increase/decrease the number of licences according to your needs.
Definitely. With our built-in email and sms correspondence features, you can stay in touch with clients. SMS and email can be sent in bulk or individually. The autofill feature in email and SMS templates makes it easy to create personalised emails and SMS messages. We offer free email from PropWorx, and it is compatible with Outlook as well as other SMTP servers. SMS bundles can be purchased.
Definitely! Depending on the needs of your users, you can choose between Sales, Lite and Pro license types. Your sales team can have a sales-only licence, your admin staff can have Lite licences, and your managers and bookkeepers can have a pro licence. All users will have access to a single database, but some features will be restricted according to the License type and user restrictions.
Our support services are among the best in the industry. In addition to free email and ticket support, we also provide knowledge bases and live online chats to our clients. Using Zoho Assist, all support is provided remotely. We have a special booking system available for clients wishing to schedule special support sessions with consultants.
Our PropWorx Academy provides free regular webinars and industry talks. Additional online private training sessions are also available (fee based). Our knowledge base centre has video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and troubleshooting manuals available for clients who prefer to self-study.
Our accounting module is designed for property professionals and offers more comprehensive accounting features than any of our systems. The integrated accounting module gives you the tools to manage your trust, business, and deposit cashbooks. You’ll be able to import bank statements, perform bank reconciliations, perform trust/business transfers, and more. Additionally, audit and accounting reports can be generated, including fee/commission reports (splits), Tax reports, trial balances, and ledgers.
Sadly, this is not our software’s core design. Due to the inability to generate levies statements, this system is not recommended as an HOA/body corporate management system. It is primarily used to manage residential rental and sales property portfolios. With our intelligent payment feature, you can generate rent payments, levy payments, and other payments from rental monies received.
There are two answers to this question: yes and no. It was designed primarily for residential rentals and sales portfolios. Some of our clients use the software to manage commercial/retail portfolios, as they find it suits their reporting needs. Our sales representatives will be able to help you determine if PropWorx will fit your needs by discussing your needs with them.
A single database is provided to you when you sign up. We set up the database for a single-tenant rental collection bank account that will be dedicated to a single entity. A tenant’s statement will include these bank details. It will be necessary to sign up for multiple databases for each of the bank accounts for rental collections. There will be separate databases, and the user will be able to switch databases. Additional licence fees may apply if you have more than one database
We would be sad to see you go! Cancellation can be made with a month’s notice at any time. The database is deactivated after the month you cancel, so you cannot access or generate reports. All your data can be downloaded/extracted before your database is cancelled. If you want to reactivate your database, you can do so at any time! There’s no doubt you’ll return.
That’s great! That means your business is growing! Our database is UNLIMITED. You can load unlimited files, properties, contacts, lease/mandate details for FREE. Unlike portfolio size or database size, your monthly subscription fee will be determined by how many users you intend to have access to PropWorx.
