PropWorx, has integrated its one-stop property management software with the Sage Pay digital payments platform, making it simpler for its customers to move money in their businesses. 

PropWorx’s software – designed for estate agents, rental managers and property portfolio managers in Africa – automates property management processes such as accounting, credit checks, property listings, payments and tenant statements. The company decided to integrate its solution with a reputable, safe and cost-efficient payment system so that users would no longer need to leave the PropWorx interface to make payments. 

By allowing end-users to pay from the PropWorx system closes a security vulnerability and reduces opportunities for human error to creep in when people recapture or cut-and-paste data from the software to online banking. PropWorx customers can now manage the entire payment process within the PropWorx software – from creating the payment to loading it onto the Sage Pay system.

PropWorx is itself a user of an integrated Sage business solution, encompassing Sage One Accounting, Sage One Payroll, Sage Online Tools and Sage Pay. The system gives the company’s accountants and auditors everything they need to administer the company’s financial affairs. With Sage Online Tools for example, it can integrate with all these solutions allowing e-commerce to seamlessly integrate with your accounting software.
